Grants

Greasley Parish Council recognises the valuable work carried out by local groups, charities, and organisations within the parish. Each year, we provide small grants to support initiatives that benefit the local community.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • Local community groups and voluntary organisations

  • Registered charities operating in or serving the parish

  • Sports clubs, youth groups, and cultural organisations

  • Initiatives that clearly benefit residents of Greasley Parish

Please note: Grants are not typically available to individuals, commercial businesses, or organisations with significant unrestricted reserves.

How to Apply

Applications are accepted throughout the year and will be considered at Parish Council meetings. To apply, please:

  1. Download and complete the Grant Application Form below

  2. Provide supporting information, including:

    • Details of your organisation and its purpose

    • Description of the project or activity

    • Total cost and amount requested

    • Latest set of accounts or financial statement

  3. Submit your completed form and documents to:

Terms and Conditions

  • Grants must be used for the purpose outlined in the application

  • Proof of expenditure may be required
